By popular request, we are making available electronic versions of the flyers and registration forms being sent out by paper mail to clerks of session. You may want to right-click (or whatever the appropriate function is on your machine) and "save as" to make a copy of the document on your local hard drive, then print it off and give copies to youth and adults.
